Team Maryland Beats Washington Little Capitals in Two Game Series Securing their Ticket to Southeast Districts

The first game was a close 2-1 nail-biter. Netminder, Jack Spicer held on strong with 27 saves, which converted into a .964 save percentage. Both goals were scored on power plays. The first by David Vaniterson in the first period and the second by Cameron O’Neill in the second period.

The second game was a 7-2 dominating performance by Team Maryland. Miles Gunty started the party for Team Maryland with the first goal thirty-five seconds into the first period. Cameron O’Neill kept the party going throughout the game with two goals and two assists.

The SE Districts will be played in Florida this coming March.
